Sunrise – 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments in Mijas Costa

Sunrise is a gated development of 46 homes in two blocks on the El Chaparral hillside, in Mijas Costa, with two and three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Ground-floor homes come with a private garden, the upper floors with wide terraces, and a good number of them look out over the sea. Every home includes a parking space and a storage room. Seventeen are still available, from 421.600 €, and the development is under construction, with completion scheduled for 2027.

Homes designed around light and views

The homes run from 97 m² to 138 m² built. The two-bedroom layout is 97 m² around an open living-dining-kitchen of about 36 m²; the three-bedroom homes go from 113 m² to 138 m², with living spaces of up to 37 m² and an entrance hall separating the day and night areas. All of them have two bathrooms, one of them en suite in most layouts.

Outdoor space is where the two levels differ. The ground-floor homes have gardens of 14 m² to 82 m² plus a paved terrace, while the upper-floor homes have terraces of 12 m² to 15 m² opening off the living room, and the largest ground-floor type reaches 50 m² of terrace.

Inside, floors are porcelain stoneware with matching skirting, bathrooms are tiled in large-format ceramic, and the kitchen is fitted with base and wall units, an integrated extractor hood and a laminate worktop, delivered with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. Climate control is ducted hot and cold air from a heat pump, with aerothermal hot water and a mechanical ventilation system in every home. Windows are double glazed in thermal-break PVC or aluminium frames, the entrance door is reinforced with security fittings, wardrobes are modular and lined, and the garage is delivered with pre-installation for electric vehicle charging.

Resort-style communal areas

The complex is fully enclosed and fenced, with an intercom at the entrance:

Location and connections

The development is on Calle Aralia, in El Chaparral, Mijas Costa, between La Cala de Mijas and Fuengirola. Cabo Pino and Marina Beach are under 5 minutes away and Fuengirola is under 10, with Chaparral Golf a couple of minutes from the gate and shops, schools and a health centre in the surrounding area. Málaga airport and the city are about 30 minutes by the A-7, which is reached directly, with the AP-7 close by.

The development is under construction The unit plans in circulation are the February 2025 and January 2026 revisions of the execution project, and the price list gives 2027 as the year of the title deed. The building licence reference has not been published.
