KALA Residences is a gated collection of 52 contemporary townhouses in Torreblanca del Sol, on the El Higuerón hillside between Málaga and Marbella. The houses are laid out over seven blocks that follow the slope, so the living areas and terraces face the sea. Every house has three bedrooms, a private garage and its own garden. Each townhouse is arranged over three levels. The basement holds the garage, a utility room and a multipurpose room that can become a gym, a study or a guest area. The ground floor is a single open living-kitchen space that opens onto a covered terrace and the garden. The first floor holds the three bedrooms and the bathrooms.
Built areas run from 171 m² to 230 m², with covered terraces of 18 to 20 m² and gardens and open terraces from 41 m² up to 245 m² — between 232 m² and 495 m² in total. The beach is downhill from the development, and Marbella and Málaga are each roughly twenty minutes away.
