The Eagle Residences is a gated development of just 59 homes set on a 20,000 m² plot in Urbanización Cerrado del Águila, in Las Lagunas de Mijas. The blocks step down the hillside so that every home looks out over the Mediterranean, and the whole complex is organised around an infinity pool and more than two hectares of landscaped grounds. Homes have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and each one comes with a parking space and a storage room included. Homes designed around light and views

Built areas run from 83 m² to 181 m², rising to between 110 m² and 314 m² once terraces and private gardens are counted. Ground-floor homes open onto gardens and terraces of up to 140 m², while the top-floor penthouses have solariums and terraces that reach 186 m².
Floors are large-format 100 × 100 cm rectified porcelain stoneware indoors and non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Exterior joinery is brown thermally broken aluminium, with lift-and-slide doors in the living room and tilt-and-turn windows elsewhere, double glazing with solar control, and laminated glass balustrades. Climate control is provided by a high-efficiency aerothermal system that supplies underfloor heating, domestic hot water and ducted air conditioning zoned room by room, backed by mechanical ventilation concealed in the false ceilings. A home automation system controls lighting, climate and underfloor heating from a mobile device.

The project is being sold off-plan, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The project brochure is based on the basic project submitted to Mijas Town Hall for the building licence.
