Korall Residences is a gated development of 28 three-bedroom Sky Villas in El Higuerón, on the hillside above Fuengirola with views over the Mediterranean. The project is under construction, and 16 villas are still available, with prices from 810.000 € + VAT.

Each Sky Villa is laid out over two levels, with around 130 – 138 m² of useful area. The lower level holds an open-plan living room and kitchen of about 48 m², a laundry room and a guest toilet, and opens straight onto a private garden of 23 to 52 m²; the garden has a space prepared for an optional private pool, available on request at extra cost. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, including a main suite of about 21 m² with its own bathroom, a second bathroom and a terrace.

Every home comes with two parking spaces and a storage room. Carvajal train station, the Miramar shopping centre and several golf courses are also nearby.

Korall Residences is currently under construction. Each villa is reserved with a deposit of 15.000 €; the developer has not yet published the delivery date or the rest of the payment schedule, and we will add them here as soon as they are confirmed.
