Veridian is a gated development of 40 single-family homes on the El Higuerón hillside, between Málaga and Marbella. The houses are built with an industrialised, low-energy construction system and step down the slope so that the terraces face the sea. Each house is arranged over two levels. The entrance level holds the open living-dining-kitchen space — around 38 m² in the standard type — with a covered terrace, a laundry room and a guest toilet. The lower level holds the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, opening onto a second terrace and the garden.

The houses are produced with an industrialised system: the structure is manufactured in a controlled environment, which shortens the build programme and improves the thermal and acoustic performance of the finished home.
