Evoque Residences – 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments and Sky Villas in El Higuerón, Fuengirola

Evoque Residences is a gated development of 203 homes laid out in low blocks that follow the ridge of El Higuerón, above Fuengirola, with open views over the Mediterranean. The homes come in three formats: apartments, garden villas on the ground floor with their own terrace and garden, and sky villas on the top floor with a solarium and a private plunge pool. All of them have two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a parking space and a storage room. Forty-seven are currently available, from 449.000 €, with delivery scheduled for the last quarter of 2028.

Homes designed around light and views

Built areas run from 82 m² to 109 m², rising to 118 m² to 199 m² once terraces and gardens are counted. Two-bedroom homes are laid out around a single open living-dining-kitchen space; the three-bedroom homes add a separate hall and a second full bathroom off the guest bedrooms. Living rooms open through full-height sliding glass doors onto terraces that face the sea.

Outdoor space is what distinguishes the three formats: apartments have covered terraces of 15 m² to 34 m²; garden villas add a private garden of up to 65 m²; and the sky villas open onto a solarium of 42 m² to 50 m² with an 11.7 m² pool included.

Inside, floors are large-format porcelain with a light stone finish (Porcelanosa, Gunni or similar), continued on the terraces under slatted wood-effect false ceilings. Bathrooms carry Duravit sanitary ware, top-quality vanity units and LED backlit mirrors. Climate control is a high-efficiency individual aerothermal system with room-by-room control, and the sky villas also have underfloor heating. Exterior joinery is oversized, with low-emissivity double glazing; interior doors are full height and lacquered in white. Every home includes a home automation system with power-cut and flood warnings, and the development carries an A energy rating.

Resort-style communal areas

The brief for the communal areas was that residents should not have to leave:

• Heated indoor pool and a complete spa with sauna, hammam and contrast showers
• Fully equipped gym, yoga area, outdoor calisthenics and a jogging trail
• Gastro bar with gourmet kitchen, cinema room and social lounge

• Mini market, clean spot, children’s play area and a communal vegetable garden

Location and connections

The development sits on Calle Las Golondrinas, in El Higuerón, on the hillside above Fuengirola. The beaches of Fuengirola and Benalmádena are a few minutes away, and access is direct onto the AP-7, which puts Málaga airport 20 minutes away. Carvajal train station, the Miramar shopping centre and several golf courses are all within a short drive.

Construction and delivery

The development is sold off plan, on the UE-5 plot of the Peri-B in Fuengirola. The homes on sale now are those of blocks 1 and 2, across ten stairwells, and the developer gives the last quarter of 2028 as the delivery period. The building licence reference has not been published.
