Blossom Hills – 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments in Benalmádena Pueblo

Blossom Hills is a gated development of 70 apartments on the slope of Benalmádena Pueblo, one of the white villages of the Costa del Sol, a few minutes above the beaches. Every home is south-facing, with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wide terrace, and each one comes with two parking spaces and a storage room. Nineteen are still available, from 338.900 €, with delivery scheduled for the last quarter of 2027.

Homes designed around light and views

Built areas run from 85 m² to 110 m², or 64 m² to 83 m² of usable interior. The layouts are open and balanced: an L-shaped living-dining-kitchen of around 30 m² facing the terrace, a hall that keeps the bedrooms apart, a utility room off the kitchen and two full bathrooms, the main one en suite in most types.

Terraces are the real difference between the floors. Most homes have a terrace of 15 m² to 22 m²; the top-floor apartments open onto solariums of 70 m² to 87 m², and one ground-floor three-bedroom home has a 43 m² terrace.

Inside, floors are ceramic tile in the living areas and bedrooms, stoneware in the bathrooms and non-slip ceramic outdoors. The kitchen is fitted with high and low units, a stainless steel sink and appliances included – fridge, oven, microwave and washing machine. Climate control is ducted hot and cold air from a heat pump with grilles in the living room and bedrooms, and hot water comes from an aerothermal system. Windows are double glazed in PVC or aluminium, with lacquered aluminium shutters with injected insulation in the bedrooms. Bathrooms have rain showerheads and a grab bar, a vanity unit in the main bathroom and mirrors throughout. The development holds an A energy rating, with an estimated 89% energy saving against a conventional home.

Resort-style communal areas

The complex is gated, with natural stone paved entrances and low-energy lighting along the internal roads and gardens:

• Chill-out zone and outdoor relaxation area
• Fit space, sauna and a yoga or massage room
• Basement garage with infrastructure for electric vehicle charging, forced ventilation and carbon monoxide detection

Location and connections

The development is on Calle Menta, in Benalmádena Pueblo, the old white village above the coast. The beaches and the seafront promenade of Benalmádena Costa are a few minutes down the hill, with Puerto Marina, shops, schools and health centres all close by. The A-7 and AP-7 are within easy reach, and Málaga airport is around 20 minutes away.

Construction and delivery

The development is sold off plan and is being built in two blocks, with the homes on sale spread across portals 1 to 5 and 7. The unit plans in circulation are the September 2025 revision (V.2.0), and the developer gives the last quarter of 2027 as the delivery period; the payment plan already fixes an instalment for May 2027. The building licence reference has not been published.
