Lomas Unique is a development of 198 homes with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms in El Higuerón, on the hillside above Fuengirola facing the Mediterranean. It is built in two phases, Lomas Unique A and Lomas Unique Infinity, both under construction. Across the two phases, 90 homes are still available, with prices from 495.000 € + VAT.

Homes designed around light and views

The homes come in three formats. The Unique Apartments have open-plan living rooms and kitchens opening onto terraces of about 26 – 36 m², with around 83 – 111 m² of living space. On the ground floor, the Garden Villas add a private garden to the terrace, with outdoor areas ranging from about 31 m² to over 300 m². On the top floors, the Sky Solariums have the largest terraces, around 49 – 68 m², with panoramic views over the sea.

Many homes include a jacuzzi on the terrace, and most are oriented to make the most of the sea views and natural light. In the Infinity phase every home comes with two parking spaces.

The direct access to the AP-7 makes Málaga airport, Marbella and Málaga city easy to reach, and the Miramar shopping centre and several golf courses are a short drive away.

Construction and delivery

Both phases are under construction. Lomas Unique A has 87 homes and Lomas Unique Infinity 111. The developer has not yet published the delivery dates or the payment schedule: we will add them here as soon as they are confirmed.
