Navigolf Suites II | 1-2 Bedroom Apartments at Calanova Golf, La Cala de Mijas

Navigolf Suites II is the second phase of a gated development beside Calanova Golf, on the hillside above La Cala de Mijas. It adds 32 apartments of one and two bedrooms to the first phase, arranged in stepped blocks so that the terraces look out over the fairways to the sea. Construction started at the end of 2025 and the building licence has been granted. Eleven homes are still available, from 430,000 € plus VAT.

Homes designed around light and views

The available apartments run from 72.73 m² to 102.93 m² built. One bedroom homes start at 430,000 €; two bedroom homes start at 520,000 € and rise with floor level and layout. Every home opens onto a deep terrace, and the upper units add private outdoor space on the roof.

Floors are porcelain tile in a 120×20 cm plank format in a light wood tone, with non-slip porcelain on the terraces. Kitchens are fully fitted and appliance-equipped with a contemporary worktop. Climate control combines underfloor heating with ducted air conditioning, and parking and a storeroom are included with every apartment.

Location and connections

The development sits on the Calanova Golf course, in the valley immediately behind La Cala de Mijas. La Cala itself is a working village rather than a resort strip, with a beach promenade, shops and restaurants that stay open through the winter, and it is a few minutes down the hill. This is the stretch of the Mijas Costa known as the golf valley, with several courses within a short drive, and the A-7 connects east towards Málaga and the airport and west towards Marbella.

Construction and delivery

The building licence (LOM) has been granted, work started in the fourth quarter of 2025 and completion is estimated for the fourth quarter of 2027. The first occupation licence is still to be confirmed. The project is signed by the architects Carlos Garbajosa Fernández and Fernando Martínez de Aspe.
