Casatalaya Residences is a boutique development of 28 apartments in Torremuelle, on the western edge of Benalmádena. The blocks sit on gently raised ground so that every home looks out over the Mediterranean, and the beach is reached on foot through the landscaped public park directly in front of the complex. The available apartments run from 138.9 m² to 206 m² built, all of them three bedroom. The layouts put the living room, dining area and kitchen in one continuous space that opens onto the terrace, with the bedrooms set behind their own hallway. Floors are rectified porcelain in 75×75 cm format indoors and non-slip porcelain outside, and the kitchens are Modulnova or equivalent.

The technical specification is a step above the usual for the area: heating is by underfloor system, cooling by ducted units, and both climate control and domestic hot water are produced by an aerothermal heat pump. A double-flow ventilation system renews the air continuously without opening the windows.

Outdoor space is generous throughout. The ground floor apartment, for example, adds 37.50 m² of covered terrace, 35.20 m² of open terrace and a 108.70 m² private garden to its 151.80 m² interior. Underground parking and a storeroom are part of the development for every home.

Location and connections

Torremuelle is the quiet western end of Benalmádena, a pocket of low-rise housing between the hillside and the sea. The development sits a few metres from Torremuelle beach and its small coves, with the Torrequebrada golf course and Puerto Marina both close by, and the Sierra de Mijas rising directly behind. It is one of the few spots on this stretch where you get the greenery and the quiet without giving up walking distance to the water, and the A-7 puts Málaga airport within easy reach in one direction and Marbella in the other.
