Almara Residences – 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments in Rincón de la Victoria

Almara Residences is a small development of 28 homes on the beach of Benagalbón, in Rincón de la Victoria, 100 m from the sea and about 20 minutes from Málaga. It was designed by the practice 969 Arquitectos, a team specialised in sustainable low energy architecture. Eight homes are still available, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, from 335,000 € + VAT, and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.

Homes designed around light and views

Built areas among the available homes run from 68.70 m² to 140.57 m². The two ground floor apartments are compact one bedroom layouts; the upper floor homes add terraces of 7 to 18 m², and the penthouses on the top level have their own private rooftop solarium. Living rooms open onto the terrace through full height glazing, and the kitchen is integrated into the living space with the option of fitting it as a separate service kitchen.

Floors are large format SPC in a choice of customisable tones. External joinery is thermal break aluminium with double glazing and solar control, interior carpentry is white lacquered with 2.10 m doors, and bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes. Entry is through a security door backed by a video entry system. Hot water is produced by a high efficiency aerothermal unit and the home runs on a centralised climate control system.

Location and connections

Rincón de la Victoria sits immediately east of Málaga city, on the first stretch of the Axarquía coast. The development is 100 m from the beach, with the town’s services, shops and seafront within walking distance. The figures published by the developer put it at about 20 minutes from Málaga airport, 25 minutes from the historic centre of Málaga and 25 minutes from the train station.

The developer has not published a payment schedule for this development. We confirm the reservation amount and the payment stages in writing, directly with the developer, before any reservation is made.

Construction and delivery

The development is sold off-plan, with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The building is arranged over ground floor, two residential floors and a penthouse level, above two basement levels of garages and storage rooms.
