Metropolitan Homes is a completed residential building of 35 apartments with one and two bedrooms in Calle Eugenio Gross 18, inside the Distrito Centro of Málaga. Málaga-María Zambrano station, terminus of the AVE high-speed line and of the Cercanías trains to the western Costa del Sol, is about 1.5 km away, and La Malagueta beach around 3 km. Málaga-Costa del Sol airport is roughly 10 km by the MA-20 ring road.

Construction and delivery

The building is complete and finished, so the sale does not depend on a construction schedule. Once the reservation is signed, the parties can go directly to title deeds within about 30 days if the buyer wishes, and the available apartment is delivered furnished, with its parking space and storage room. Licence references and the final certificates are supplied by the developer on request.
