New-build prices in Spain come from a single official price list set by the developer, and our fee is paid by the developer out of that price. You pay the same figure whether you come through us or walk into their sales office — so going direct buys you nothing.
What it does cost you is choice. A developer’s sales office can only show you its own scheme, and it will always be the right one. We work with every major developer on the Costa del Sol, so we can put several comparable projects side by side — price per m², delivery date, payment plan, orientation, rental potential — and help you decide on the merits.
