Aelí Mijas is a small development of 29 two-bedroom apartments on the edge of Mijas Pueblo, the whitewashed village above the coast, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean. The homes are spread over a four-storey block with penthouse options, all of them with a terrace, and every home includes a parking space and a storage room. The stand-out feature is the communal swimming pool on the roof, looking straight out to sea. Delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

Homes designed around light and views

Built areas run from 92 m² to 98 m² including the share of common areas, or 66 m² to 73 m² of usable interior. Each apartment is laid out around an open living-dining-kitchen of around 28 m² that opens onto the terrace, with a hall separating the two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the main one en suite. Terraces run from 7 m² to 15 m², and the ground-floor homes add an uncovered section beside the covered one.

Inside, floors are porcelain tile throughout, with non-slip ceramic on the terraces, and buyers can choose between different finishes for the bathroom tiling, the flooring and the kitchen worktop. The beaches of Fuengirola and Mijas Costa are around ten minutes down the hill, with shops, schools and health centres in Las Lagunas on the way. The A-7 and AP-7 are a short drive, putting Málaga airport about 25 minutes away.

Construction and delivery

The development is sold off plan: 29 homes with 29 garages and 29 storage rooms, on a plot on the Carretera de Coín at Camino de los Caños. The unit plans in circulation are the February 2024 revision and the quality specification is dated May 2024. The developer gives the second quarter of 2027 as the delivery period. The building licence reference has not been published.
