Penthouses on the Costa del Sol are the top floor homes of new build developments in Marbella, Estepona, Mijas and Benahavis, sold with a private rooftop solarium, deeper terraces and the widest sea views in the building. Penthouse units are always a small share of any development and are usually reserved first, which is why availability changes quickly.
