Idyllic is a boutique residential complex in Arroyo Enmedio, Estepona, 800 metres from the beach. It is made up of two developments on separate plots, each with its own communal areas: Idyllic 1 with 38 homes and Idyllic 2 with 37, for a total of 75 apartments, penthouses and ground floor homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. Delivery is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027. The last 3 penthouses are available, from 753,000 € + VAT.

Homes designed around light and views

The available homes are penthouses with 3 or 4 bedrooms and built areas of 114 to 167 m², each with terraces on the main floor and a private solarium of 48 to 93 m² on the roof, pre-installed for an outdoor shower. Large windows bring natural light into every room and frame the views.

Kitchens are delivered fully furnished with units up to the ceiling. Floors are large-format ceramic inside and on the terraces, windows are thermal-break aluminium by Cortizo with double glazing, and the entrance door is armoured.
