Spinto Blu is a development of 55 semi-detached villas in Casares, laid out along hole 14 of the Finca Cortesín golf course with views over the golf, the sea and the mountains. The villas are off-plan, with delivery expected in the fourth quarter of 2028. In the current release 11 villas are available, all with 3 bedrooms, from 1,200,000 € + VAT.

Homes designed around light and views

Each villa has around 192 m² built over two levels, plus 57 m² of covered porches and a pergola, on a plot of 200 to 291 m². Because the plot slopes, the entrance is on the upper level, with a two-car garage, the open-plan kitchen with central island and the living and dining room opening onto the porch. The lower level holds the bedrooms, all three of them en-suite, and opens onto the garden and the private pool, with south to south-east orientation.

The villas are built with the SISMO® industrialised system, which insulates walls and roofs without thermal bridges. Windows are thermal-break aluminium with double laminated solar-control glazing, floors are large-format Porcelanosa porcelain inside and out, and bedrooms have motorised blinds. Spinto Blu sits in the Casares golf area, surrounded by three courses including Finca Cortesín and Azata Golf. The beach is 1.2 km away and the nearest shops less than 1 km. Estepona is 5 minutes by car, Sotogrande 15 minutes, Puerto Banús 20 minutes, Gibraltar Airport 45 minutes and Málaga Airport 50 minutes.
