Moon 64: 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments and Penthouses in Manilva

Moon 64 is a gated development of 64 homes in Manilva, on the western Costa del Sol, a few minutes from La Duquesa and El Castillo beaches. The scheme is built by Esmeralda de Manilva as two crescent-shaped blocks of four levels each, with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, ground floor homes with private gardens and penthouses with large solariums. The project is off-plan, the building permit is still pending, and delivery is estimated for the end of 2028.

Homes designed around light and views

The two blocks are curved on purpose. The arc opens the facades towards the south and the sea, so every home faces the view rather than the block next door, and the terraces run the full width of the living area. Interiors are 66 to 104 m² of built area excluding the terrace, with open-plan living and kitchen, floor-to-ceiling glazing and 60×60 cm porcelain stoneware floors throughout.

The outdoor space is the real difference between the levels. Ground floor homes add a private garden of 13 to 87 m² and some come with a private pool. First and second floor homes have terraces of 15 to 20 m² on the two bedroom units and up to 100 m² on the three bedroom corner homes. Penthouses have solariums from 71 up to 165 m², several with a private pool.

Windows are lacquered aluminium with thermal break and 3+3/16/6 high performance glazing. Climate control is a multi-split air conditioning system with heat pump, hot water is produced by aerothermal system, and photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof.

Location and connections

Moon 64 sits in Manilva, at the western end of the Costa del Sol, between Estepona and Sotogrande. El Castillo and La Duquesa beaches are around three minutes away, and Puerto de la Duquesa, with its marina, restaurants and the Duquesa golf course, is the closest service hub.

The development has direct access to the A-7 and to the AP-7 toll motorway, which puts Sotogrande and Gibraltar within a short drive to the west and Estepona and Marbella to the east. Malaga airport is under an hour away.
