Camarate Hills is a gated residential complex inside the Finca Camarate Golf estate in Casares Costa, set on a hillside between the sea and the mountains and five minutes from Finca Cortesín Golf Club. The first phase is completed and sold out. The current release covers Phase II (36 homes, under construction), Phase III (36 homes) and Phase IV (28 homes): 30 homes are still available across the three phases, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and prices from 245,000 € + VAT, parking space and storage room included.

Homes designed around light and views

The homes are set in low-rise buildings of ground plus two floors, with built areas from 67 m² to 128 m². Ground floor homes open onto a terrace and a private garden of up to 156 m², first floor homes have terraces of up to 26 m², and the penthouses on the top floor have terraces of 44 to 67 m² with views over the coast and the mountains. Every home comes with a parking space and a storage room.

Kitchens are fitted with induction hob, extractor hood, stainless steel oven, microwave, integrated washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, with a porcelain worktop and backsplash. Floors are wood-effect laminate inside and non-slip porcelain on the terraces, wardrobes are built in and the entrance door is reinforced. Phase I is completed and sold out. Phase II is under construction with delivery expected in the third quarter of 2027. Phase III is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028 and Phase IV for the first quarter of 2029.
