Malaga, the must-see capital in the Costa del Sol

In addition to its classic monuments, in recent times, Malaga has had a resurgence that has catapulted it to the top of the cultural capitals of Spain.

Dozens of museums have appeared recently, such as the Picasso, the Pompidou, the Thyssen and many others, in addition to numerous events of all kinds, street art and its new Pier 1 puts the icing on the cake.

The beaches from El Rincón de la Victoria, Cala del Moral, El Palo and Pedregalejo to Malagueta are super pleasant.

Beaches perfectly equipped with many beach bars to spend the day sunbathing between chiringuitos, games, good seafood and fresh drinks. A very beautiful and emerging area of Malaga is the carretera the Cadiz in Malaga in which we can find this new seafront development in Malaga  where you can enjoy and live the beauty of the sea just being few minutes away from the city centre.

Torremolinos, for its beaches and its proximity to Malaga with the benefit of living in a quieter small town of the Costa del Sol.

The most popular area is La Carihuela, the beach where thousands of people walk among its waves and its beach bars, stopping only to eat fried fish and rice in legendary restaurants such as Casa Juan los Mellizos, just separated from the sand by the promenade. An ideal destination for those looking for beach and comfort. A very long promenade, which gives the opportunity to have nice walks, rollerblading or relaxing at the sunset.

A strategically located, Residencial Nereidas lays on one of the most merging areas on the Costa del Sol. Unbeatable connection with main transport and perfectly merged with the International Airport and the city’s port.

Benalmádena, much more than nightlife

The daytime atmosphere of Benalmádena is quite similar to that one of Torremolinos. This town is divided into three areas: the town itself, with its historic center and white houses, the coast, where the main tourist attractions such as the beach and Puerto Marina are located, and Arroyo de La Miel, purely residential.

Puerto Marina is perhaps the most famous place in Belnalmádena. It is a very luxurious marina where we find many yachts docked (it has won several international awards).

There is no shortage of bars, discos and a large crowd looking for fun all year round. Benalmadena site also offers an uphill town area which gives you the opportunity to enjoy a stunning seaviews from a development of apartment and penthouses such as this one or new spacious villas with many restaurants and bars in the nearby.

Fuengirola, sea, sea and more sea:

If something is not lacking in Fuengirola, it is the sea.  7 kilometers of beaches on its coastline: Carvajal, Torreblanca, Las Gaviotas, San Francisco, Santa Amalia and El Ejido are the main ones, with a special mention to the most beautiful and beautiful, Los Boliches.

In the westernmost part of the Fuengirola coast is the Sohail castle of Moorish origin, which is definitely worth a visit. As well as the market, the Plaza de la Constitución and the Roman Deposit. A very beautiful and modern development we sugguest for living in fuengirola is Tower which is an extraordinary residential complex, 116 splendid apartments and luxury penthouses with garage at 100 m from the sea.

Marbella, luxury and much more on the Costa del Golf

The “Jewel” town in the province of Malaga is Marbella, and one of our favourite.

Its old town says it all, with the perfect Andalusian style mixed with the luxury and authenticity.

Getting lost in the historic center is a must,  passing through its streets full of shops and ending at the Plaza de los Naranjos. The promenade with sculptures by Salvador Dalí is an essential stop ( in which they also do guided tours).

The other important area of Marbella is Puerto Banús, the luxury capital of the Costa del Sol and of the whole Andalusia.

Sumptuous yatches are docked with the most luxurious cars parked at the pier in front.

The most famous boutiques have a shop Puerto Banus and many glamorous restaurants and bars fill this very spectacular area. On Saturdays the Puerto Banús local Market takes place, which shows us the most mundane side of this super chic area of Marbella.

One of the best and recognised area to live in Marbella is the famous Golden Mile, which gives you the feeling of being immersed in a natural environment while being very close to any amenities.  We suggest having a look at the new development of Artola in Marbella which  has an idyllic location, on the front line of the Cabopino Golf Course in Marbella and just a short distance from the privileged and protected sand-dunes and the Cabopino marina.

Estepona, the second most beautiful town on the Costa del Sol

One of the most characteristic  town of the Costa del Sol is Estepona.

All full of flowers, with an air that mixes the most traditional with a modern touch. The essence of Andalusia is present in every flowerpot, street art mural and in the waves of the sea.

The La Rada promenade is a very pleasant walk, and the traditional graffiti on the facades of the buildings give it a counterpoint. In fact the largest mural in Spain is here. Other cool spots are the port (you can take a boat trip around the bay), the Orchid Garden and the old Town Hall.

We suggest having a look at this Splendid Beachfront Development Of Great Exclusivity, Located In Estepona, Offering Only 14 Exceptional Properties That Will Make You Truly Privileged!

Manilva, tranquillity at a stone’s throw from the sea

The last “obstacle” in the province of Malaga before reaching Gibraltar is Manilva. From here, in fact, you can easily see The British Rock.

The historic center is secluded a few kilometers from the coast, although the beach is easily accessible. The most remarkable is that of San Luis de Sabinillas with its pleasant promenade.

We also suggest to do a viewing at this contemporary Style Multi-Family Homes in Manilva, Just Five Minutes From Some Of The Best Golf Courses In The Area.
